Production Technician - Manufacturing

Our client is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their clients and is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure proper functioning and production output.
2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and address issues with equipment or production processes promptly to minimize downtime.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, quality control reports, and any other relevant documentation.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
7. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the production department.
8. Training: Assist in training new production team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Production Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
