As a Senior Construction Recruiter with extensive experience of 9 years in the recruiting industry, I bring a results-driven approach to leadership and recruitment. I have a proven track record in executive decision-making, relationship-building, and building high-performance teams. My expertise spans sales, recruiting, coaching, and athlete development, all supported by strong communication and leadership skills.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in General Management from Kansas State University, and I pride myself on being a dynamic and energetic professional committed to personal and team success.
Outside of my career, I’m passionate about coaching young girls in competitive soccer at one of Central Indiana’s top clubs; Indy Eleven Academy. I also love spending time with my family, those I love, and my mini golden doodle Paco, and I believe in the power of a strong work-life balance. Fitness is important to me; whether it's running or hitting the gym, I enjoy pushing myself physically.
