Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the accounting team and investor relations for our client. This role will focus on reconciliations, reporting, and facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. You ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and investor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports for internal teams and investors.
- Coordinate communication between accounting, project management, and investor partners.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, investor contributions, and project financials.
- Support the accounting team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and investor presentations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing financial documentation.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to investor inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting accounting or financial teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with investors and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate or multifamily development is a plus but not required.
