Job Description
What is needed in this role:
- High School diploma or Associates Degree (Administrative Assistant)
- 2+ years of experience processing Accounts Payables
- Word and Excel experience
- Recognized ERP System experience
- Strong communication, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Sharp analytical skills
Other responsibilities (Overview):
- Perform various clerical duties
- Entering Accounts Payable invoices
- Coding utilities and miscellaneous invoices
- Creating accounts receivable invoices for multiple billings
- Generate weekly check runs
- Deposit checks and post payments to A/R
