We are a popular fast-casual restaurant known for fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and support a strong team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards. You will play a crucial role in training team members, optimizing efficiency, and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and develop team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle inventory, ordering, and scheduling efficiently.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Support financial goals and monitor sales performance.
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.
Schedule
- Shifts: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM daily, plus one closing shift per week (3:00 PM 11:00 PM).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Team Lead in any restaurant setting.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation required.
