Job Description:
As an Associate Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. Working alongside an experienced team of dental professionals, you will have the opportunity to showcase your clinical expertise while contributing to the growth and success of their practice. Key responsibilities include:
1. Patient Care:
- Conducting thorough dental examinations to assess oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to address patients' oral health needs.
- Performing routine dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and dental cleanings, with precision and care.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures to maintain optimal dental health.
2. Collaboration:
- Collaborating with our team of dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Consulting and collaborating with specialists when necessary to address complex dental cases and provide comprehensive treatment solutions.
3. Professional Development:
- Staying abreast of advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Actively participating in clinical case reviews, peer discussions, and continuing education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
4. Patient Communication:
- Building strong rapport and trust with patients through effective communication and empathetic care.
- Clearly explaining treatment options, procedures, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their dental care decisions.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards set forth by relevant dental governing bodies, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with practice protocols and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license in good standing.
- Proven experience in providing general dental care, with proficiency in performing common dental procedures.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Dedication to professional growth and continuous learning.
Salary range: $350,000 - $700,000 yearly based on experience.
