We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The Automotive Technician will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while working with advanced automotive technologies.
What you should know about this position
NO Retail or Customer Service
Set schedule, Monday-Thursday 5am-5pm, Fridays 5am-4:30pm
NO Weekends
NO Holidays

Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose automotive issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs needed and provide recommendations for vehicle maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Proficiency in working with power tools and automotive electrical systems.
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are beneficial.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
