Job Description:

As a Business Development Specialist at 619 Recruiting, you will be a key player in driving our company's growth. You ll develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets by providing clients with our top-tier services and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and engage with new prospects to expand our client base.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and refine sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the recruiting industry or a related field.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
