Job Description

CAD Design Engineer with Microvellum Expertise


As a CAD Design Engineer with expertise in Microvellum, you will play a pivotal role in the design and engineering process. You will be responsible for creating detailed CAD drawings, models, and layouts using Microvellum software to support the manufacturing and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD design, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microvellum software.


Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize Microvellum software to create detailed CAD drawings, models, and layouts for manufacturing and production.
  2. Collaborate with the design and engineering team to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
  3. Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and specifications to create accurate CAD models.
  4. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  5. Generate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and other documentation necessary for the manufacturing process.
  6. Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and manufacturability, making necessary adjustments as required.
  7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production, procurement, and project management teams, to ensure seamless workflow and project execution.
  8. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in CAD design and Microvellum software.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a CAD Design Engineer, preferably with expertise in Microvellum software.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
  4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
