Construction Draw Coordinator
The Draw Coordinator will work collaboratively with the development and accounting teams and be actively involved throughout the development and construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project financial closing statements
- Assist developers with cost allocation and other tax analysis
- Coordinate with related general contractor to manage monthly project draws
- Work with external lenders and investors to source monthly debt and equity funding
- Oversee cost coding and guide accounting in proper book entries
- Mange draw related due diligence
Qualifications:
- BS or BA in Accounting or Finance with 2-5 years of related experience.
- Prior professional experience in a real estate related capacity is a plus.
- Prior cost certification experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling financial transactions.
