ACCOUNTING MANAGER (CORPORATE)

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA with blend of public/private, Big 4 preferred
- Strong communication, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Sharp analytical skills
- Oversee month/year-end close process
- Prepare financial statements and consolidation for all entities
- Review/approve accruals, journal entries, and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare and review presentation decks to senior management
- Manage day to day accounting operations
- Supervise and review work of accounting staff
- Manage year end audit and ensure proper supporting schedules for external auditors
- Manage cash/banking activities and forecast cashflow
- Assist in due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Lead continuous process improvement
- Update and implement internal controls and policies and procedures
- Manage regulatory reporting and tax filings
