Our client is a leading company in the manufacturing industry and is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This exciting and challenging Product Support/Customer Service position is perfect for a customer minded individual who genuinely enjoys helping others.
Position Requirements:
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to problem solve and help others problem solve.
- Interact with customers via phone/email in a clear and courteous manor & tone.
- Have an interest in understanding how things work through manuals and physical product interaction and then using that understanding to coach customers.
- Ability to document in a clear and concise manor, calls as they are in process
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Target/Metric Driven
Experience level:
- Must have at least one year of Customer Service experience
- This is an in office position
