Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will assist in evaluating and analyzing financial and business data to support decision-making processes and ensure the company's financial performance aligns with its strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and business performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, trends, and projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and ensure financial strategies align with them.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to support strategic decisions, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
• Evaluate financial and operational data, conducting variance analysis and identifying potential discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed, working closely with leadership to improve business processes.
• Stay current on financial trends, market conditions, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business modeling.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software.
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and trends.
