Human Resources Generalist

(Full Payroll Processing)


We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical skills, HR expertise, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Administer payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage and optimize the use of highly automated HRIS systems, maintaining data integrity and providing system support.
  • Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.
  • Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee inquiries.
  • Lead or contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Proven experience with payroll processing and familiarity with related compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in using highly automated HRIS platforms; implementation experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with technology and advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
