Human Resources Generalist
(Full Payroll Processing)
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical skills, HR expertise, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Administer payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage and optimize the use of highly automated HRIS systems, maintaining data integrity and providing system support.
- Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.
- Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Lead or contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Proven experience with payroll processing and familiarity with related compliance requirements.
- Expertise in using highly automated HRIS platforms; implementation experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with technology and advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
