HVAC Technician
Our client is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings.
** $30+ per hour - Based on experience **
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components, including heating units, air conditioning systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative services to enhance system longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair processes and recommendations to clients.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., EPA certification).
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
