Manufacturing Machine Operator

Our client is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products and to oversee the operation of the production machinery. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Machine Operator to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of manufacturing equipment to ensure the efficient production of products. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate machinery according to specifications.
• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
