We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing strategic marketing communications initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This individual will be a key player in crafting compelling messages across various communication channels and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our company s goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop and execute content for various platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, press releases, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Craft clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging copy for product launches, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Brand Consistency & Messaging:
- Ensure all communications reflect the company s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Coordinate with design teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns (including content creation, design, and analysis).
- Support social media strategies and content planning, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Public Relations & Media Relations:
- Draft and distribute press releases to targeted media outlets and track media coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Internal Communications:
- Assist in crafting internal newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Support communication of organizational changes or news with a focus on clarity and transparency.
- Event Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Support marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, and other events through content creation, promotional materials, and event communications.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital and offline campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing communications campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, open rates, and ROI.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to continually improve effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
