Marketing Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager is a role that is both analytical and creative. This role is a leadership role and requires vigilant focus on the growth and productivity of the marketing team. They are tasked with developing campaigns, brand awareness, directing design and online postings, and marketing all promotions.
Duties include:
- Relaying information between upper management and department employees regarding departmental projects, goals, and procedures and ultimately overseeing the execution of all marketing projects to promote the business, products and services.
- Manage all customer-facing company platforms including: 3 company websites, youtube and social media accounts.
- Oversee the execution of data integrity initiatives and own product data accuracy in the company databases.
- Own the execution of marketing strategy for new product launches.
- Drive improvements to the functionality and design of all site content pages providing site visitors an accurate, logical, user-friendly experience that interfaces with the company's products, solution and service offerings.
- Drive user friendly content that assists the customer journey
- Drive SEO targeted content to drive traffic
- Drive new video and image content
- Drive and manage the testing and reporting of website performance
- Manage and supervise marketing department staff, including writing annual performance evaluations and ensuring staff training and development.
- Manage all marketing related promotions and projects planning full scope of project and delegation of tasks, from inception to execution.
- Hold primary responsibility for designing and producing content including, but not limited to, digital and print collateral, presentations, social media graphics, event invitations, advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with external web developers and/or third-party providers to design content to maximize site traffic and search engine optimization alongside the Content Coordinator.
- Drive the structure, efficiency and maintenance of company CRM tool.
- Cross-train with other marketing functions to serve as support and backup as directed.
- Drive the integration of AI and automation to improve marketing functions and productivity.
- Drive the utilization of data to provide insight on marketing challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Marketing experience.
- Previous experience managing other members on Marketing team.
- Must have Organic SEO work, NOT paid content work.
