Multi-Family Construction Project Manager
Our client, a prominent construction firm specializing in multi-family residential developments, is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Multi-Family Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for multi-family residential projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety standards are met.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control measures throughout the construction process.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and permits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, specifically in multi-family residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
