Manufacturing Quality Manager
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join their manufacturing team. As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, as well as driving continuous improvement in the manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of quality control, quality assurance, and process improvement within the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control and Assurance:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control program, ensuring that products meet or exceed established quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to monitor product quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.

Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement to optimize production quality and reduce defects.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Implement best practices and quality standards in manufacturing processes.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.
- Generate quality reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO, AS9100, Six Sigma).

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train quality assurance staff, ensuring a high level of competence and adherence to quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness among team members.

Supplier and Customer Relations:
- Collaborate with suppliers to assess and improve the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Address customer quality concerns and facilitate the resolution of quality-related issues.

Quality Metrics and KPIs:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on quality performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control techniques, statistical analysis, and industry quality standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
- Proficiency with quality management software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
