Registered Nurse (RN)


Reports To: Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing



Summary:

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices. The RN will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care:
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
    • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Clinical Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
    • Document patient care interventions, observations, and outcomes.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
  • Patient Advocacy:
    • Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs are met.
    • Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system.
  • Education and Training:
    • Stay updated on nursing best practices, standards, and regulations.
    • Participate in continuing education and training programs as required.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, guidelines, and standards.
    • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in [State/Province].
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • CPR certification.
  • Minimum of [X years] of nursing experience in [specialty area, if applicable].
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
