- 10+ years of experience as a commercial construction estimator, with demonstrated experience in estimating projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Strong proficiency in construction cost estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide junior estimators.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar are a plus.
