Treasury Analyst
We are seeking a Treasury Analyst for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, forecasting cash flow, analyzing banking activities, and supporting liquidity management strategies. This role is essential in ensuring the company s financial stability and optimizing treasury processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily cash positioning and forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other banking transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Support banking relationships, including account management and service evaluations.
- Assist in managing debt facilities, credit agreements, and covenant compliance.
- Evaluate investment options and support short-term investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements related to treasury functions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management on treasury metrics and cash flow.
- Support treasury-related audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assist in treasury system implementation and automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
- Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, Reval) is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial instruments.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar designation is a plus.
