Warehouse Lead
This exciting and challenging Warehouse Lead position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a good sense for systems and best practices. The core objective of this role is to run the day-to-day of our parts warehouse and improve our internal processes to transform this location into a revenue generating operation.
Core Responsibilities
- Aid in crafting and implementing warehouse systems and best practices.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts warehouse.
- Intake and process ecommerce returns with goal of realizing revenue for “refurbished” product sales and reduce reliance on purchasing parts from manufacturers.
- Prepare tradeshow shipments / samples as needed by the sales team.
- Travel occasionally to 3pl sites to complete work.
Position must-haves
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and good practices.
- Self-motivated. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to lift heavy products as necessary.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Target/Metric Driven
